Regarding feats done in dreams

So I've been on and off watching this Netflix series called "Legend Quest", which is kind of like a Mexican Gravity Falls. Anyway, in the episode "The Mart", the monster of the week called the "Nicht Mart" has near-complete control over the dreams of an entire town.

Anyway, in one of the dreams, he completely spins the Moon just to scare the main character. I was wondering if because that feat was done in a dream, if it makes it invalid to use and scale to the stronger characters.

Guess that "dreams manipulation" does count as unquatificable hax, and can't be scaled to no one else (besides another dream manipulator) nor calculated.
