Since it was pretty clearly discussed in discord its fineNot joining yet but because the discord bot demanded it
Name: Morgen
Age: ??
Gender: ???
Appearance: ????!
Character: Dream Vestige
Power: By focusing on a target within a range (based on Morgen's power), Morgen can induce a sleepless dream state which realizes that individual's greatest fear into a "living nightmare" which manifests as the target's true greatest fear come to be in reality. The ability is extremely personalized and denies the target escape from their fears by ordinary means. Fear of the dark may produce different effects based on the individual, and if such fear stems from something like being unable to see potential threats, the darkness would become unpenetrable by any form of light, enhanced/supernatural senses (etc.) and be filled with monsters capable of harming the observer. A specific situation such as the loss or death of one's own friends and family will come to pass if it's the target's greatest fear. Stronger and more specific fears produce the most powerful results. As the ability is completely reactive, the manifested fear will evolve to keep up with the target's worst expectations of it. This usually results in the tangible effects becoming greater over time as they're clearly visible to the target. Targets affected by this ability are considered to be asleep and awake simultaneously.
The lack of what one would consider being fear in a conventional sense also does not help as much as one might think. Simply by inverting one's strongest desires, fear persists. For example, a desire to defeat your opponent becomes the fear of losing to them. As the person will generally hold more concern regarding the situation at hand than some potentially unrelated concept, the resulting effects in these cases will often be more instantly and directly detrimental. While these types of fears tend to be less prominent, conventional "fearlessness" only makes them more likely to be brought to the surface. Fear as defined here can only be overcome by one who possesses no sense of self or will of their own.
However, this ability has some of its own inherent downsides. While Morgen always has at least a vague understanding of what any particular person's greatest fear might be, whatever fear manifests is completely and entirely reliant on the target, meaning Morgen has no control over what comes to pass should they choose to activate the ability. While in most cases it will be something detrimental to the target, the resulting effect isn't guaranteed to be one that is beneficial to Morgen. A ferocious monster might rampage and attack people indiscriminately, potentially including Morgen, or the realized fear may be something inconsequential to the situation entirely, like the target losing their job, or being forced to eat their least favorite food, etc. While extremely rare, some people may also simply have no legitimately strong fears or desires whatsoever. Additionally, while Morgen can choose to concentrate this ability on a single person at a time or everyone within range, the latter case would cause the resulting effect will be a chaotic aberration born from the agglomeration of the fears of everyone in the area including Morgen themself, so they tend to never use it this way. While it could originally inflict death directly and even go so far as to create entirely independent realities, the ability as it is now is far from its peak.
((Yes, the fear that manifests is entirely up to the targeted player; as it's based on the PC's history, personality, etc.) Fear Manipulation, Sleep Manipulation, Dream Manipulation, Reality Warping, Reactive Evolution, Limited Resistance Negation, potentially Fate Manipulation, Creation, Power Nullification, and much more.)
[Note: No entities or effects can be created above the tier/hax level at any point in time. The ability's range/potency is roughly scaled to Morgen's tier. City sized at City level, planet-size at Planet level, and so on.]
Charge Power:
Psychotic Tearrordown- The target's mental blocks and resistances towards fear will be completely degenerated, temporarily allowing Morgen to inflict fear and related effects upon them for the duration, regardless of their usual strength of will or resistance to it.
(Fear Resistance Negation, and yes I'm asking for the charge power to bypass autonomy rules specifically for it here.)
