Also for the gods profiles how about adding immunity to human weapons? It's been stated that a weapons without divinity cannot harm a god which is why the warriors need Volund in the first place Jack vs Hercules is a prime example of this his weapons bent the moment they hit Hercules.
I don't think we should take everything they say literally Kujiro is a prime example of this he was stated to have scanned all of creation at once that would be equivalent to scanning the entire universe at once when in reality he scanned everything around him the vibrations in the air etc.
The concept is similar servants can't be harmed with normal weapons that don't have mystery or magic while the gods in Shuumatsu no Valerie can't be harmed with weapons that don't have divinity if they could Brunhilde wouldn't be sacrificing her sisters. You can double check this information in chapters 2-3 in Shuumatsu no Valerie.
Also for soul Manipulation that's a little tricky from my understanding in Shuumatsu no Valkyrie when a person dies they go to heaven and if they are killed in heaven they cease to exist and are sent to nifilhel as they exist as souls there is no after this for them. I'm not sure they can directly harem souls or if it's limited to heaven Shuumatsu no Valerie didn't really go into too much detail on that.
I forgot to mention this but piercing should be a ability LU Bu's possesses as the Valkyrie he partnered with for the match which became his volund possesses shield breaker which allows her to destroy any form of defense.
I just thought of a weakness all gods in Shuumatsu no Valkyrie share it's arrogance they look down on everyone and believe themselves to be better than humans and the stronger gods look down on the weaker gods Poseidon is a prime example of this he thought Kujiro was trash and underestimated him which in the end cost him his life.
The beginning of this series in chapter 1 shows this the moment Brunhilde insulted their pride they immediately accepted the challenge the gods believed the humans never even stood a chance even after Adam nearly killed Zeus and Lu Bu severely wounded Thor they still didn't take humanity seriously it was only after the god of the sea died that they took the matches seriously.
Actually Thor is the same wha accept he's willing to acknowledge a human or god if they are powerful enough otherwise they won't even enter his eye. As for Hercules he's not as arrogant as the others but he does have a different weakness and that's his naive world view. The guy said he always stands on the side of justice yet he's on the gods side who want to kill over 7 billion human beings yet he wants to help humanity as well but has no idea how to achieve that. The guys naive envoys to believe any form of evil can just be beaten down he's a bit of a muscle head his IQ is below average.
Pretty much. And now thinking about it shattering Earth isn't 5-B, overcomming it's GBE is baseline and quite a lot of shattering needs be done for that.
I really don't think he's that powerful I'm pretty sure that's a heavy exaggeration on the gods part. The gods sent a entire army just to wipe out a city if a god was that powerful i doubt a army would be needed to do something like that read Hercules backstory to see what I'm talking about. Just look at Hercules vs the gods with a bat and a piece of rock the dude destroyed the vanguard of the gods and he fought Ares one of the more powerful gods to a stand still. I'd say Multi-Continent durability is fair considering the fact that his ultimate move blocked a blow that split the sky in half.
Wasn't the World Serpent supposed to be able to wrap itsel around Earth or something? I mean they are quite liberal with the interpretation of the myths but ain't like they nerf the gods, look how much they buffed the humans.
Honestly I'm not sure how big that serpent was or if it really covered the entire earth it could have just been a really big snake that's taller than his city's walls. For now these are his feats
- Casually killed Jotun Giants who are as tall as buildings -Blocking a attack that split the sky in half -Destroying a army in one attack -Possibly beating a servant that engulfed the world(from the image I'd say it was just a really big snake not one that actually engulfed the world) -Destroying the stone around him when he and Lu Bu clashed
I wouldn't say the humans got buffed Lu Bu and the others are using the skills they acquired in their lives they did however receive a divine weapon which allows them to unite gods which isn't really a buff.
I forgot to mention this but another example of something not being true is when Lu Bu said a immortal opponent and a unbreakable blade ain't this just the best? It literally shattered into pieces after Lu Bu and Thor went all out we really shouldn't take everything that's said literally.
Statements from Lu Bu and his men shouldn't taken seriously as they love to hype up. Especially his men.
The shattering Earth statement is a directly from the author. The world serpent is mentioned from the Prose Edda, which says the world serpent is able to cover all the lands (just the lands iirc).
Kojiro's scanning creation statement was translated to universe in the Spanish translations.
Zeus was stated to be able to destroy all of heaven going out and Hercules was said to have the strength of Zeus yet we don't see him display power anywhere near that level I would include more statements etc on why we shouldn't take everything literally in this novel but it kinda seems pointless so I'll give up trying to convince you guys not to take everything literally.
Yeah, it's funny especially since base Zeus ***** him and Ares.
We don't take everything literally, statements are looked at case by case, we don't just accept everything that is said. We would need to see if they contradict anything and their reliability.
Wasn't a part of Thor's myth already proven false? If I remember correctly it was said that Thor wore his glove so that his hammer wouldn't damage him but it was the opposite the Gloves were meant to protect the hammer from Thor's swings. Also from the image of Thor vs the serpent that was shown it seems the servant isn't anywhere near world encompassing. Do you mind posting a link to show how you validated that statement?
From the image shown of Thor vs the serpent it didn't look anywhere near that size and I thought they were just talking about that particular part of his myth at the time I'll double check.
