Old Calc: 658,356,164.384 m/s = 2.19603978291 C (FTL)
New Calc: 9790000000 m/s = 32.66x FTL

Old Calc stopped short, having divided the dome's height by the speed at which Ares can perceive. I picked up from where the previous author left off and found the volume of the dome, the amount of Poseidon afterimages that could be fit into said dome, and how fast Poseidon would have to be to not be perceived by Ares.

Zeus mentions he's the only one in the Heaven's who could stop the arrow, points out Apollo is one of the strongest if not just the strongest amongst the olympian gods, the arrow is accepted as SoL, Hermes even mentions its title as "The Fastest hit in the Divine Realm" as such I think it would be a bit far fetch of an upgrade to go from FTL (2.19c) to FTL+ (proposed 36.66 c) personally with the information we have now. Just as it would end up making less sense by the end of the series to have FTL+ (10-100c speeds) when SoL/FTL is already considered obscenely fast (Zues, Apollo, the existing calc for Posiedon) in the verse.
