Q: What does a spirit like Puck think about a person's 'death'?
A: Most spirits don't think anything about it, and Puck doesn't think anything about the death of a person with no ties to him. If it's someone he's connected with, he'll think 'Ah, that's sad.'.

A: It's fairly difficult to say for the ground dragon's wind exclusion, but Crusch's 'Blessing of Wind Reading' sees through wind affinity. She's Ram's natural enemy…… nah, it wouldn't even be a fight.

A: That's no longer a ranged attack, so it would hit like normal. Against someone who only has the "Blessing of Arrow Avoidance", that is.

Epilogue of the rem and ram backstory
[Roswaal: I…I will use you guys for my goal. I need you guys for it. I won't stop, no matter what type of sacrifices I have to make along the way. Even if I feel sad about Dudley and Grace, I won't regret. ÔöÇÔöÇEven if I have to sacrifice you guys in the future.]
He looks at her in the eye, and says it all. His true thoughts collide with his true face and true feelings, and Ram's heart leaped.
Right now, she was being reflected in this person's eyes. She saw herself that was delighted, so delighted by this.

[Roswaal: ……I did feel like there was a 9/10 chance of breakdown, though.]

Was trying to understand ram's reasons, and got to say i still don't, the clown admits he will sacrifice her and rem for his goal if he has to and she still serves this clown, ram is trash

Roswaal was silent when Ram asked, and that was his answer.
And, these were her thoughts now, "Even if there wasn't a verbal promise, I will"ÔöÇÔöÇ
[Ram: ÔöÇÔöÇAfter tonight, from now on, I will still swear my loyalty to Roswaal-sama. You followed the contract, and proved that there's Oni pride flowing throughout our kinds souls and my body.]

[Ram: I will give everything I have for you. I will devote myself to you. I'm yours.]
Ram takes an oath, made an agreement that said she'd even offer her soul, and gently brings her lips near Roswaal's. Like that, their lips overlap sweetlyÔöÇÔöÇ

However, the hand he put in between their faces interrupted it.
Having her kiss denied, Ram frowns unhappily. That makes Roswaal smile wryly as he said,
[Roswaal: I will accept your loyalty gratefully. But your affection is a different matter. As for that……let's just say you're 400 years too eeeaaarly.]

You know i can kind of understand ram a little that while she helps roswaal, she plans to shatter all his desires and make him fall for her i get it, but why the hell does she love this madman in the first place, that i can't understand. This love is still unhealthy, and trying to kiss roswaal when your 8, da hell ram.

He said he wouldn't do the last two interludes which are how wilhelm joined crush, would like to see that, but i am also getting impatient for arc 5. Only one more interlude is left which he will translate, which is subaru getting knighted after that he will finally jump to arc 5, and skip the other 2 interludes.

Not really, arc 4 is almost done translated just one more interlude and then it's arc 5, and a rem and ram backstory which had like 5 parts and an epilogue was translated as well, it explains in there why rem can beat fodder cultist while said fodder cultist slaughtered the oni's, oh and the rem if got like a whole new thing or something, the prologue for it has also been translated, don't care much for the rem if's.

I forgot which characters you liked, but judging from that response, guess rem isn't one of them.

So last interlude before arc 5 is translated is out/
Subaru: "If you froze the forest, can't you unfreeze it?"
Emilia: "...Mm, I had that thought too. But I doubt I can."
Subaru: "How come?"
Emilia: "I just can't reach the same power that I had in my memories."
It's an anxious, but confident statement. Subaru furrows his brows.
'The power I had in my memories'. If what Emilia's said is accurate, then that means power beyond
human knowledge. Not even this witch Pandora could find an opening in Emilia's assault.
So how come Emilia doesn't have it now?
Subaru: "But you fought the Sizeable Hare without backing down an inch."
Emilia: "I don't need Puck or the minor spirits' help to cast magic any more. But that's all. I still
can't draw that power out."
In otherwords 7 year old emilia is stronger than the current one, and she can't replicate that forest freezing feat current.
Subaru: "If you can't do it and Puck can't do it, then Roswaal shouldn't be able to either. Maybe he's an amazing magician, but he can't be ten or twenty times stronger than you. So, how?"
Emilia: "It's not that Roswaal himself is melting the ice. But Roswaal knows something that mightmelt the ice... all he did was tell me about it."
Subaru: "Something, that might melt it?"
Something that can thaw the forest that not even the Witch of Glaciation could melt, not even with a spirit's help, and not even with ultimate magical power. What on earth could it be?

It's a what if, even if it did have decent power levels, which it doesn't since it's a slice of life kind of story where it's about subaru and rem's daily lives, which means no fighting, being a what if i don't know if we could take it seriously.
The rem if is just fluff, if you want power levels just gonna have to wait for arc 5, which we are close to now. Do you plan on getting ex novel 1? I have already preordered mine, should be some good feats in there.

Would rather a season 2 rather than this, would rather ova's for the ex novels or some other sidestories, that are important, like al seeing that shadow thing which he is afraid of which may or may not be satella, or even the one where emilia and puck are in elior forest and puck beats the former great spirit of fire, think he may have also fought roswaal there, that i need to see instead of all the dick teasing when it comes to seeing roswaal fight.
Surprisingly in this thread there are 2 emilia fans who don't like rem when usually it's all about rem everywhere you go lol. I am neutral, don't hate either character, though all the rem milking does get annoying.

That would be a massive dick move, after her being gone for 2 arcs when she was finally about to return, he just kills her off, the meltdown from the rem fans would be glorious to see though, tappei would be getting death threats no doubt.

That why I am saying it would be a great plot twist, massive dick moves are something anime industry is missing honestly if someone had the balls to try things that makes people mad without making it completly causal. Like rem's sacrifices her life so Subaru remembers her at that very instant, beautiful emotional but slightly shitty plot twist.

It would be bad writing to just kill her off afterall all the hope she would be coming back, but yes seeing that meltdown would be glorious, and i am awfully tired of the whole shipping nonsense by rem fans who think she deserves subaru just cause she did things for him, when this is is the sort of logic subaru used when he thought he deserved emilia in arc 3. Rem is one of the reasons re zero is popular though so killing her off might severely damage the profits of the series cause ppl will rage quit the series.

I said this because the hardcore fanboys annoy me sometime but killing Rem would be bad decision for both popular and quality of the series, there no good characters who died permanentlyin this series "literely"
