Alright so we have one profile for this game and I wanna revise it. Also gore warning ig, although the game's graphics mean it's not too shocking IMO.
First off, 7-C has gotta go, it's done with (possibly overtime) reality warping and doesn't scale to AP.
As for 9-B, here's some justifications since the fire explosions probably don't scale to AP. (Far superior to monsters who can tear off human heads or throw someone hard enough to break a street lamp and can fight the protagonists who have defeated those monsters)
As for lifting strength, "At least Class 1", since the head that was ripped off was that of a 3rd grader.
Speed doesn't have actual logic behind it RN but the rating is correct, I'll add "who can move this fast" at the end.
Weaknesses Addition: His powers are based on his Red Rose Book and he will lose them if it is destroyed. Using Andromeda too much will tire him out. Has a tendency to hold back at first.

- Telekinesis - Hurts and kills a man while several meters away. Killed someone who was inside a phone booth.
- Reality Warping Scan Addition - Completely shifted the town's appearance.
- Corruption - Turned people into zombies.
- Plant Manipulation - Killed the trees around the area. Can summon plant enemies.
- Technological Manipulation - Prevented phones from getting any signal. Despite this, he sent one of the protagonists a message.
- Sound Manipulation - Sometimes makes music play when he appears. Note that the music is diegetic. Can attack with sound moves that can make the enemy flinch.
- Petrification - Turned some of the trees into weird stone formations.
- Summoning - Can summon undead creatures that follow his commands.
- Teleportation Scan Addition - Removed the corpses in the city during a conversation. Can teleport.
- Life Manipulation - Can make teddy bears come alive and fight.
- Extrasensory Perception - Can sense the position of the people in his town, even when he isn't present.
- Telepathy - Purposefully singled out every kid who either was depressed or had depressed parents.
- Water Manipulation Removal + Illusion Manipulation - Created an illusory world full of water where his memories could be seen by the protagonist. Can show others visions of his memories. Can make only select people see his illusions.
- Paralysis Inducement - Could paralyze his mother when he first awakened his powers. Can now paralyze multiple people with Campanella.
- Duplication - Can create multiple versions of himself, even subconsciously, as he created one that represented the part of him that wanted to depend on others.
- Energy Projection - Can inflict heavy damage to a single target with Andromeda. Can hit multiple enemies for less damage with Spica.
- Empathic Manipulation - Can make people "glum" and temporarily unwilling to attack with Black Cat's Wink
- Weapon Creation - Can create guns
- Time Manipulation - Can revert time back to before his actions
