In regards to base Rayquaza. It's AP is listed as Multi-Continent level because it "Overwhelmed both Groudon and Kyogre 1,000 years ago". Sense Groudon and Kyogre scale to Rgigigas wouldn't that mean that Rayquaza's AP should be 2X the result of this calc? http://web.archive.org/web/20170505...ntry/pokemon-regigigas-tows-continents.24386/

Which would make It's low end 207.44 and it's high end 740.88.

It say the he OVERWHELMED both, and seeing as how he intervened to get them to stop fighting, he most likely did so at the same time.

Being capable of defeating two creatures at the same time does not therefore imply you are 2X as powerful as each of them at their peak
