Rathalos vs Rathian

Coming upon the territory of a Rathian, a Rathalos becomes intent on having her as her mate, only to be rejected. The Rathian is most definitely not in the mood and wants the Rathalos out of her territory. Deciding that an unwilling Rathian is useless to him, the Rathalos goes on the attack.

Regular Rathalos vs Regular Rathian - Rathalos wins. Rathalos is far more agile in the air and has much more powerful attacks than the Rathian.

Azure Rathalos vs Pink Rathian - Rathalos wins again. All Pink Rathian has going for it is more powerful fire attacks, which Rathalos is mostly immune to anyway.

Silver Rathalos vs Gold Rathian - Rathalos wins again. Gold Rathian is much more agile in the air than Pink or Regular, but Rathalos is still superior in that aspect.

Dreadking Rathalos vs Dreadqueen Rathian - Rathian wins this round. The King's attacks are impressive as hell, but the Queen isn't exactly weak to fire. Plus, the Queen has deadly poison with which it can use to take down the King with relative ease.

Rathalos obviously. Anyone who plays the games knows that Rathalos is a more powerful version of Rathian.
