And I think defensive rating attacks are fair since Cinder has an AP advantage and Raphtalia doesn't start with them.

Basically Cinders Physical stats are through Magic, null them and she turns into a High 8C

Raphtalia can't null her stats though, she can only break through aura with defensive rating attacks.

Cinder's durability and AP would still be High 7-C without aura, would it not?

Her stats are that way because of her magic. If her magic is nulled her stats are nulled by default.

Raphtalia doesn't have her sword that nulls magic here though..

She does actually, if you go and take a look, she has all the abilities of the previous two keys. That's why it says "Previous Abilities" before listing the other abilities.

Look at her standard equipment.

In the third key, the only piece of equipment listed is her vassal Katana. Which is the only weapon she has at this point.

Only other things she has are either potions or her katana's scabbard.

I deliberately put "Previous Abilities" and not "All Previous Abilities" because she technically doesn't have all of them (Counting abilities given to her by weapons). Since she's now a hero and heroes are restricted to only using their assigned weapon in battle.
