If you have an established infinite multiverse, and you can reach out to different universes (possibly multiverses) that exist beyond beyond your established multiverse, is it still Multiverse+ range? If so, above baseline, or higher dimensional?

Pretty sure it is still Multiversal+ range, unless specified otherwise, such as if the universes beyond the multiverse are divided by a higher-dimensional "space" that separates them from the multiverse. Then, that may be Low Complex Multiversal range.

For example, think of a bubble universe. The bubble universe is a 4D structure in the form of a sphere. Now, this higher-dimensional "space" would be the space beyond the universe, since the bubble universe only contains 3 dimensions of space.

In short, the dimensions in the universe itself is 3D space, but the "space" between them would be 4D space.
And if time still flows between universes, then it would be 5D spacetime.

Still multiversal+ though i’d love to know if it’d be above baseline, for example madoka kaname is 2 infinite multiverses but apparently has baseline because of the new 2-a ‘infinite is still infinite even when you add more’ standard

Basically the context is that my characters are able to open portals to open portals beyond the DC multiverse to the Mortal Kombat series, Hellboy Series and TMNT series. I consider each independent series to have their own multiverse between each established canon, and the universe my characters connect to is my own one that parallels the official Injustice Crossover.
