Before I give my answer, I must know two things about the Nevermore.

One, how big is it, in response to Ralph's Large Size?

Two, how fast is its Reactive Evolution? Can it evolve mid-battle, or what?

Nevermore fought 4 people with that strength and gave them trouble.

I don't know about the Nevermore, but Ralph is 14 meters tall, 26 meters long, and 13.8 tons. No, the Nevermore cannot evolve mid-battle.

Alright. Well, regardless of the fact that Reactive Evolution is pointless, my vote will probably go to the Nevermore for Gar's AP reasoning, among others. Another thing that puts the Nevermore ahead of Ralph is the fact that the Nevermore can actually fly, unlike Ralph who can only glide. However, this would be a challenge for both characters, as both of them can shoot projectiles at each other, be it feathers or porcupine quils. And despite the fact that the Nevermore has a clear advantage in AP, Ralph does make up for it a little with its Regenerationn. However, the AP difference will be Ralph's downfall I believe, so my vote goes to the bird.
