Ah yes, another Skitter match. Why have I not learned anything?

Contessa sat by the table, sitting across the old man in a suit, possibly a high ranking member of this new organization this realm has encountered. Behind him were armored guards with rifles, a particular insignia on their shoulders which seemed odd given their supposed secrecy. Yet she wasn't here to speculate, she can do it once this annoying interference is gone. For now, she's here to perform diplomacy.
"Site Director J. Karlyle Aktus?" the suited woman asked, a call card in her hand.
"That is correct. You can likely guess why we are here" the man asked.
"Was a demon clown unleashed upon one of your bases?".
"Indeed, we would've lost the whole site had Dr. Clef not interfered. At the very least we would like to know your motives, and avoid making enemies with a new GoI".
"Well I'll assure you, your world isn't in our top priority to interact with. Too many variables, too many risks. As for the demon clown, that wasn't us. I'll explain it along with the nature of this place but for now I must ask, you've created something to interfere with my shard, have you? I suppose you've learned from your encounter with Mr. Calvert".
"Hmm, you've noticed. Yes, Captain Watts' encounter with your co-worker was quite the experience but it did give us more insight on dealing with precognition".
"I'd like to meet her".
"She's on leave. Her more recent encounter was a much more harrowing one".
"Understandable. Now, allow me to explain the nature of this place" Contessa said, pulling down a projector screen.
We are what is called a "benefactor" to this realm, someone who offers resources here at the cost of gaining limited privileges. They eventually cap out at a certain point and so far, the only thing we got is limited surveillance and putting some of our men here at certain times of the day. Currently there's only two of us, Cauldron and the Plumbers though we'd happily welcome you.
"Just a reminder, for an organization who focuses on containment, you're not going to enjoy the things that go on here" Contessa explained before pulling down the blinds, revealing the usual hallway. This was followed by a rainbow colored blur dashing through the hallway, followed by a giant cloud of insects chasing down the blur into an open portal.
"Oh, a city! Not a bad place for a fight". Director Aktus quickly got up to speak to his men, most likely putting extra observation on any slums around the world all while Contessa simply typed out.
