In Railgun S, episode 24, at 12 minutes in.

The context is that the bad guy has been caught, and is threatening to kill himself via gunshot to the head. Misaka is standing in the entrance to the room, and there are plenty of shots that show the tiles on the floor, the size of the guy standing up, and the distance between Misaka and the bad science guy.
The feat here is that Misaka outspeeds the bullet before it can even leave the barrel, pushing the gun upward so that the bullet fires away from the bad guys' head. I have no actual experience calculating for this site though, and while I have made a rudimentary attempt here I'd like to ask for assistance in evaluating this feat.
It is worth noting that whatever this comes out to, I doubt it will top the speed that the Toaruverse has here via scaling, and this arc is indeed non-canon anime only, so it wouldn't have any bearing on calcs stemming from the source material. It's just one of the few actual non-scaling speed feats Misaka has in the anime and I'd like to see it calculated.
