I believe Rajin has the AP and Dura here. He's superior to Wendigomon who created an entire dimension that's own size dwarfs that of the sun (Which is a decent bit above baseline by itself) while 17 is High 4C by stomping 4C+ characters

Not too mention his own statistics amps and I do believe he takes a slight edge here.

So I made a biggest freaking goof a Digimon fan can make when making the file. The official databook states that he can tank attacks from Ultimate Class Digimon. Thing is, the entries from Wikimon go by the original Japanese terms and not the localized English terms. Ultimate Class is the equivalent to Mega level. Meaning RaijinLudomon is a High 4-C with 3-C durability by nature....
