Metal Gear RAY dodges REX' laser

The above calc was accepted, so Metal Gear Ray scales to it.

Beginning of MGR Raiden easily kept up with one of these.

Jetstream scales above Blade Mode Patriots Raiden which is 2x Patriot Raiden's normal speed, aka 1.44c

Custom Raiden scales to Jetstream Sam, and Custom Raiden's BM by itself is at least 2x this, or 2.88c, and his BM + Ripper Mode is 14.4c, or FTL+.

The fact it also scales to Ocelot, given he's the dude piloting RAY, aka, the dude reacting to and dodging the beam. Which in turn has it scale to literally everyone, not withstanding that RAY, in particular, is a modified Marine Corp RAY, which Raiden in base scales to, as well as Snake, and Solidus, this is problematic, as Snake and friends have anti-feats, some of which is that EXACT SAME beam in the feat (Hitscans Snake and Gray Fox). Or the fact the feat isn't even real and there's a laser-pointer esque beam first, and then the actual damaging beam. Think of it like how Guardians work in Zelda BOTW.

Math might be right, but there's a fuckton of issues with it, the least of which the feat might not even be real.
