I'd give it to the guy that can cut anything. Silver Eyes only activate at intense emotion levels and Raiden might be able to take her down before she can use it since there was a delay on its usage and we're not sure what effet it could have on something not organic or Grimmlike.

As with others fights I have problems thinking how the HF Blade and Aura will react against each other, so I'm going to asume that sooner or latter Ruby will be tired or that the molecular bond of the Aura forcefield will collapse and give my vote to Raiden thanks to reasons above plus stealth and better equipment
