I would say Raiden, just if is Polnareff without SCR... although, Raiden can't see Silver Chariot, so... I don't really known...

Well, Polnareff is faster than Raiden but doesn't really have the means to hurt him due to his durability...

Polnaff wins he blitz Raiden as he can't precieve his FTL movements though it would be hard to damage Raiden he can stall until he is out of fuel though if it is requiem just no he has a crazy hax...
