I think Ragyō takes this. What level of difficulty depends on how serious Saitama is but he's not getting past her Regenerationn since it doesn't work the same way as Boros'.

Can't remember if her memory manipulation is applicable in combat but as far as I remember, Saitama doesn't have resistance to mind manipulation. This is a possible way for Ragyō to win.

Even disregarding both of these points, I think she can still win based on her Regenerationn. There's no way he can kill her. Except he can vaporize comparable opponents with his punches? And she has the flight advantage. Even if he can jump as high as Boros, it'll only prolong the inevitable. Not to mention he might even hold back.

Yeah its combat applicable, she used it on Ryuko, who was fighting off an army of mind-controlled students, while she was fighting Satsuki.

Well, Ragyo used Mind Stitching to mind-control Ryuko, and she was under its control for a little while...then she ripped it out of her head with her bare hands...then Ragyo completely rewrote her memories and Ryuko was unable to resist it until the elite four, satsuki, and mako, and senketsu struggled to restore her memories.

So her mind control may be able to be resisted, not sure though since Saitama never showed mind control resistance, but her memory manipulation has to be reversed by an outside source.

Ragyo already has a win against Boros, who while not as physically strong as Saitama has much greater skill and abilities. I don't see this ending well for him.

Im thinking going by how this site works 6-A Saitama would lose to 6-A Boros.
