Made a new Registration/Meta Thread for new players cause why the hell not!? God, just ******* kill this poor GM.
Harmony: The disposition of peace and relative order. Those of harmony combat the calamities that threaten to seep into the world of dreams, while simultaneously forcing back against those of Monarchy. The abilities of Harmonists are generally associated with the summoning of heroes, purification, and blessings.
(Keep in mind this does not mean that Monarchists and Harmonists cannot get along or cooperate, and a mixing of the two is fine.)
Extinction: Extinction Dream involves bringing a temporary end to the current laws in order to supplement them with the user's own laws. This usually includes physical laws, so the user can break the laws of physics and perform normally impossible feats such as moving up walls, flying, teleporting, and much more. This dream takes a large toll on the user's mind, and repeated abuse of it can lead to the user being driven insane without insane willpower. The uses of the Extinction Dream have yet to be fully explored.
Summoning: Summoning Dream is the ability to pull people or weapons from the dream world and use their abilities. For those of Monarchy, the use of summoning would pull out evil beings such as demons or monsters. For those of Harmony, the use of summoning would summon heroes or virtuous kings. Even fictional characters or weapons that have a strong connection or sense of meaning to the user can be summoned using this dream.
World: The World Dream is the strongest out of the dream abilities, as it is the act of bringing one's own personal ideology into reality, the range of the created World can vary depending on the user. The world created will follow the rules and laws set by the creator, and the creator is capable of changing the landscape at will, and even change the flow of time within it. This dream can only be used after a Dreamer has mastered all of the other Dream abilities, and even then it only lasts for 5-10 minutes at best.
Armament Equalization Type: Calamities focused on status effects and bringing down the opponent's statistics. Are usually intangible beings who don't have much combat ability, so they use their abilities to attempt to equalize the statistics of the opponent with theirs.
Anti-Armament Type: Calamities focused on brute force and penetrating armored opponents or structures. Are also quite swift, capable of moving faster than bullets with their burst speed. Have a gaze that petrifies their opponent in fear.
Armament Creation Type: Calamities that bring out the inner fears of the opponent, and use them against them. They can create entire worlds and reverse time in order to mentally break the opponent, creating the perfect environment for physiological torture through changing the world around them. They are extremely rare, and the chances of one appearing during a wave are less than 2%.

I'd recommend making a sandbox to make things easier. I'm holding you responsible to not make super overpowered abilities and stuff like that, don't be that guy. So no broken passives, cause I know there will be people like that.. At least not until really late in the rp. When creating a character, I'd advise saying what dream ability the character is the most skilled at in the sandbox.
First wave cap: AP will start out at baseline 9-A. If you like to use the summoning dream, you can only summon beings or weapons that have an AP of 7-C max, and try not to pick beings with too much hax. So no stuff like Fate, Causality, Probability stuff, you get the idea no broken shit or smurfs. You're allowed 3 weapon summons, and 1 character summon. Speed will be subsonic to supersonic+ max.
Second wave cap: For this wave, your individual power will start out at baseline 8-A. If you have some sort of boost ability or have summons, max AP will be 7-A. The speed cap will be High Hypersonic+, and you can either choose 5 more abilities or upgrade 5 abilities you already have.
Third wave cap: AP for this wave will cap out Low 6-B, with speed capping at Massively Hypersonic. Like all the other times, you can add 5 more abilities to your characters.
Fourth wave cap: Scaling from Rory, who did a 5-A feat when incredibly tired, everyone would be at best 5-A since currently nobody scales above her as far as I know. MFTL+ will be the starting speed. Infinite speed will be allowed with specific abilities with conditions that need to be fulfilled since just being infinite is broken. The lifting strength cap will be Class Y since I have to worry about that now. Either pick 5 more abilities or upgrade 5 abilities you already have, you know the drill.
Fifth wave cap: Everybody here starts off at Low 1-C to High 1-C depending on who we are fighting. Of course, we have immeasurable speed and immeasurable lifting strength. Again, we have 5 more abilities that can be added to your character profiles.
