Unknown, rage boost doesn't follow any regular pattern of power boost nor it's a applicable in regular battles. It's a one time thing for comic relief

Why compare him to GT characters? I don't see vegeta in this state even being able to beat Buutenks (Edit:My mistake of saying that base Super Buu can beat him just because ultimate Gohan was knocked down so easily during the fight with Beerus that would not make any sense)

No one in GT or dragon ball Z would be even 1% of beerus combined if we use actual calculations. Gogeta at ssj 4 is confirmed galaxy level which is nothing to beerus. I'm not sure if the dragon ball universe is identical to ours but if it is, that means that Beerus at 0.000001% of his power would be able to take on every fighter on dragon ball Z and GT easily with out even trying. Since Beerus is universal level, that means that he can destroy 200,000,000,000 galaxies which means that even Gogeta in his strongest state is only 1/200,000,000,000 of beerus's Full power. 0.000001% of Beerus would still be x200,000 stronger than Gogeta at ssj4 if we use actual Universal scales in power. If we try to compare Gogeta at ssj4 and Beerus to be equal in power, Beerus would have to be at 0.00000000001 % to match Gogeta in power. So there is no way of vegeta going from multi solar system level to Multi galaxy level just with a rage boost. The reason beerus went 10% is maybe a mistranslation or just that Akira does not know how big the universe is if it's like the real universe (probably an inconsistency with his writing)

Current Facts stated:

- our milky way contains 500 billion solar systems

- the universe is currently with 200 billion Galaxies

If using real universal facts, Beerus easily wipes out all dragon ball characters easily except Champa, Goku,Vegeta, Frieza, Vados, and Whis

PIS obviously lol, even if we use highest Rage Boost which is Gohan going from 1 to 1,307 in the Beginning of DBZ and apply it to Vegeta, then at most, SSJ2 Vegeta (Enraged) would be able to destroy barely over 1,300 Solar Systems, while by Scaling, if we say SSJ2 Goku (Buu Arc) is 1.5x Cell, then SSJ3 would be 6x Cell, then since Base Goku (Start Of GT/Baby Arc)>=SSJ3 Goku (Buu Arc) then 6 x 400 = 2,400, so a SSJ3 Goku (Baby Arc) would be more then enough to handle this Vegeta, so at most, even if we apply the highest Rage Boost to Vegeta, he would force GT Goku to use SSJ3, although Goku would probably revert to Base not soon after, but that still won't stop Goku from going SSJ4 and stomping him even harder then he would as a SSJ3

that alone should put him probably temporarily at or above buuhan level in terms of stats.... sooo.. i think he will beat bebi, and super 17, but will likely lose or stalemate to nova shenron


so at best he still loses to syn IMO (unless you wanna think that he survived a casual flick from 10 percent beerus- which would make him like one million of 10 percent beerus- which is above gt)
