What even is BD's sealing? Bubbling? Gems don't use that in combat and merely limit themselves to contain gems; and even then, BD have to land an attack first (something notable difficult for someone that can fly and is way smaller than BD). And again, x840 AP difference.

Basically she has to touch them and then a bubble forms around them. Problem is it's been shown that bubbles can be broken from the inside so Raditz could easily escape it. Even then, good luck actually touching him without him just one-shotting her.
