Haven't seen Ladybug, but I'm pretty sure if we take Marinette's more OP abilities away, it all depends on how much experience she retains. If none, then Judy wins since she has received professional training, while Marinette has all the skills of a high school girl.

Yes, but Marinette scales to a much higher durability than Judy, and she can still fight. Judy is obviously superior in terms of skill, but she don't have optional equipment on her. Marinette is indeed just limited to her 9-B form, so only her skills as Marinette are available in this battle

More hella strange use of the 9-B tiering for Marinette, but yeah, Judy is police trained and has shown to be able to take out massive animals in boxing rounds during her training. Marinette literally has nothing

Aside from much higher durability and argueably AP, and the big animals are the one that did the 600kJ feat.

Judy is also much smaller so Marinette has a range advantage

Judy is harder to hit therefore, and limits Marinettes viable movements.

Why cant we honestly not use the 9-B tier like this? Marinette has nothing outside of Ladybug

There are some characters such as Adrien, Kagami and more that can fight, even untrained humans have usually have at least a small degree of combat efficency (though obviously not as much as boxers and martial artists)

Judy also have just her physical punches, no weapons here since they aren't standard equipment, and Marinette out-ranges her.

Not Marinette? Marinette has never shown that proficiency? Nor should she have any safe scaling, or even need a 9-B tier for the absolut sake of it where she hasnt got anything. Honestly, can we not just stick to her as actual Ladybug and make fights for that?

Judy doesnt need her weapons, shes literally taken out a Rhino. Marinette hardly outranges seeing as Judy is a much smaller and harder to hit as a target. Rabbits are also far more agile than humans

While that's true, Marinette is far more durable than that Rhino, so Judy would have a much harder time knicking her out. Also speed is equalized.

Regardless, I'll take it as a vote for Judy

Thing with Miraculous 9-B keys it's that either most of them get outskilled, outhaxed or they AP stomp. It's like a versus with Gigantitan and Akuma reproduction restricted.

Anyways, Judy outskills. She's used to fight with characters larger than her and it's the top of her class despite all of their being trained in CQC. She's also more agile overall.

I'm not in favor with the notion. But if it comes to votes, I would remain neutral.

Not having hax or being non-combat viable doesn't makes up for a character getting kicked out. literal all Pokemon trainers have their base stats outside of their Pokemon despite most of them being just street tiers with a higher lifting strength and there are characters with just Superhuman Physical Characteristics within their abilities in way higher tiers.

And yes. It's a vote for Judy.

Marinette's dura is 1.45 megajoules compared to Judy's 667kJ

Yes. Since speed is equalized Marinette can potentially damage her while Judy would have a harder time doing so with each hit. Though obviously Judy would hit her a lot more it's negated by Marinette's higher durability
