Both are master martial artists but Adam has better powers with KE absorption and supernatural willpower. I vote him

Whats even funnier is that both have faught & tied before

So, both of these 2 have improved in skill & abilities since their first fight, and because of that, I'm going with Adam. Adam, although not having quite the same battle IQ, has far better skill. In lore, Sam was outskilled by and lost to a pre-training Ben. Post-Training Ben stood virtually no chance against Point Blank, who even a weaker Adam could fight with, and when he entered Stage 2, which had equal AP to Point Blank, he was defeated rather quickly.

LS is equal, so Sam restraining Adam by wrapping around him will be difficult, and Adams KE absorption & damage reduction will make it so that most damage Sam does will do nothing.

Overall, I'm voting Adam due to more impressive skill, equal LS and being able to reduce the damage from Sams attacks
