Alr, so, Asuna and Javen certainly have a massive AP advantage here (Asuna is 5-C at most and Javen is 4-A) so they can certainly end the fight in one go, at least for blackjack who seems to lack any significant immortality or regenration. Cognitum would survive the longest cause Type 6 Immortality and High-low regeneration, but i don't think that will help them actually defeat either javen or asuna.

Plus, they both have ways to kill cognitum and bypass her regeneration that way if the regen gets annoying

Both of them have access to Trottenheimers Folly, a 2-A BFG Laser that erases matter, and spirit.

Blackjack has access to The Star Metal Sword which is a melee weapon that does the same thing. And is made of one of the materials Folly uses for Ammo.

As for the 2-A part it comes from harming a Discord who by all accounts should be stronger than FiM. This Star Metal Material actually had him scared.
