R.O.B. is one of my favorite Smash characters and I'd love to have him upgraded to a more formiddable tier, as opposed to his current stat, which is just... abysmal. Although I love the Low 10-C profile based on the RL counterpart, I believe it would be more welcome on the Joke Battles Wiki than here.
But anyways, R.O.B. has some cameos that I believe are somewhat feat worthy. Perhaps we could make a composite between those cameos and how ROB is depicted in the Subspace Emissary?
I'm going to leave these all up for interpretation and not attempt to measure them.
First off, we have the robot appearing as a giant boss in a minigame in WarioWare: Smooth Moves for the Wii, where it is shown capable of trading blows with an arwing.
Next, in the SE, when the ROBs are attached to the Subspace Bombs, they are shown capable of taking hits from various characters . Although one R.O.B. sentry in the former of those two links was holding onto a subspace bomb before hand, and was then dismantled simply from letting go and hitting the ground without the subspace bomb landing on top of it. The latter of the two links shows the ROBs in seemingly bloodlusted states that Ganondorf activated with the press of a button.
Even whent the ROBs were not in their bloodlusted states, Donkey Kong was unable to remove one of them from a subspace bomb , although he was able to damage its head.
The Minister, who turned out to be the main R.O.B.,took countless lasers from the R.O.B. sentries in their seemingly bloodlusted states, and proceeded to laser away all of the Auroros that appeared when Ganon's hologram disappeared.
The Main R.O.B. was shown to be capable of doing whatever this is .
Then there are the ROB sentries that appear in the various levels to either melee with you, fire lasers, or shoot heat-seeking miniature missiles. They can also fly around as well.

Personally, I think we should scale the ROBs to the characters in the way they are depicted in the subspace emissary, similar to the Marvel/DC scaling rules.
