A character A is declared or proven to be beyond/transcends existence & non-existence (in the field they are dualistic because I'm not sure if they are dualistic or not :> ).

Will character A achieve NEP2 and TD1 and why?

If existence-nonexistence is conceptual it gives you TD1 and aspect type 2, otherwise being beyond the concept of non-existence does not always give NEP type 2, it can sometimes give type 1. So for type 2, it would be more correct to say "lack of existence and non-existence"(lack of 0 and 1).

Requires more context

Yes, but it's not aspect, it's nature type. To be aspect type 2, a concept that necessary for your existence has to be non-existence. Not a random concept

And the question is not talking about any concept but about existence and non-existence

this is correct.

The concepts of non-existence and existence are already a fundamental concept in your existence. If you lack these, you will definitely have aspect type 2, but this does not give you direct Type 2 NEP, it may be a more deprived state of NEP1, but it does not mean that you lack the dual states of existence.(So 0 and 1)
