Can Nonexistent Physiology be applied to a character who's in-between a fixed fate and a bendable fate?

Like, is a character being tied to one multiverse fate system of bendable fate via good Karma changing fate and another multiverses system of a absolute fate, making that characters fate be in Flux be Nonexistent Physiology?

Even though they physically exist and all that, their fate is in-between two polar opposite fate systems, hence their fate is always in Flux, never one or the other

No, Fate is hardly something attribute to existence for you to determine whenever a character is existent or nonexistent
