1. Is a character that is beyond the "concept of existence and the concept of nonexistence" NEP2? (even though we have no statement that the character does not exist)?
2. NEP 2 then are we "forced" to prove that character doesn't exist if we upgrade NEP2 with binary 0 and 1?
3. If character A is NEP 2 and lacks all aspects (except information type 2), can character B use IM2 to attack character A even though B has no NEP2 interaction feat?

3. Yes, because A still have information type 2 aspect existing, mean B can use IM2 to target that existing aspect

So if B can destroy character C (character C lacks conceptual aspects) by conceptual manipulation, can B destroy A by conceptual manipulation even without NEP2 interaction?
