Barbarossa's Djinn has the power to literally move and shift the tectonic plates of the planet itself to make insane earthquakes.

Is this not just blatantly around 20 Exatons? Moving Tectonic plates should be this much.

This was a Teenage Sinbad enemy too.

Tectonic Plates weigh Exatons. Moving and shifting them would be an Exatons feat. I'm not sure what you're saying.

They made it oscillate. Making something oscillate doesn't mean you now scale to its mass in LS or Ap. You can probably just go off the richter scale and going by the fact the island was going to sink I'd say this is a 10 on the richter scale.

I could see it being LS through the energy system but the metal vessels is clearly what does this through an ability with magoi so unless its something consistent then I don't see it being LS applicable.

And you'd need the correct quantity of Magoi for the ability of Guison to actually work. Hence that character being given an extra quantity of that energy system from other parties to pull it off like shown in the initial posts screenshots due to how much power it requires for the Extreme magic.

And that character in question is barely a high tier in-verse anymore.

Really depends on if this is through a chain reaction with them moving all the plates or if there's something else cuz it seems Guison is the only one with a metal vessel that can move the plates.

That's fine, but just from what I see magoi powers vessels to use their powers not that magoi is what the powers are. You'd probably need a energy system page accepted to get that accepted.
