Question of Immeasurable speed?

Well, if character 1 travel in time before time exists and time was erased on a multiversal scale before character 1 traveled before time, would that qualify for Immeasurable speed?

So he travelled before time existed, thus he can travel without being affected by time. Seems like immeasurable speed on paper.

This sort of thing is very inconsistent across fiction though so make sure there's no outliers/you have some backing if you want this to be applied to a character.

Well, I do know that it is inconsistent, but many have traveled before the beginning of time as the doctor or the anti monitor (from here I got the answer)

Well first let's take a look at the definition of Immeasurable speed.

Immeasurable (Movement beyond linear time. This is why the speed cannot be measured. Given that S = D/T, if T is undefined the speed formula cannot be applied. This is the same reason why multiple temporal dimensions also grant immeasurable speed.)

So if said character is moving at Immeasurable speeds, their movement will exceed beyond that of linear time. But this wouldn't save them from if time was erased because if time was erased, the S=D/T equation would not work. But if said character had Acasualty, then it would help for as they won't be effected by anything that's happened in the past.

Generally, beings that exist outside of time are the ones that have Immeasurable, but if you move to a place where time do not exist, is also possible that space neither so there's no guarantee to reach that place. Immeasurable do not allows someone to reach places that transcend the concept of time.
