Questions about HDE/R>F and Immeasurable Speed.

Is it possible for a character to qualify for Immeasurable speed reactions by seeing time in a non-linear way?

The HDE page was changed a while ago and now the R>F is disqualified for this power, but let's assume that a verse represents higher dimensions having squalitative superiority, and being HDE too. How do we deal with this?

If the time dimension appears to be a spatial dimension from a higher dimensional perspective, then characters with HDE can gain immeasurable speed until the verse shows otherwise.

But I don't think seeing it as 'non-linear' is enough for that.
