Question about the speed of DMC cast

So, I've been wondering lately, how can Argosax, Mundus, Chen, Dante, Vergil etc all have the speed that transcends time and distance and yet still be considered 2-C instead of at least low 1-C? How the hell do you have speed beyond 4D and yet remain 4D anyway?

And if it's once more the case of a person downplaying DMC, I have to ask about the site's rules regarding nitpicking. Do those even exist?

Cause you don't need to be 5D to have immeasurable speed, a/p and speed are in no way correlated unless its via kinetic energy, also transcending time =/= to destroying a multiple 4D space times

I know that you have to be 4D to have immeasurable speed. I specifically stated that the speed in question transcends time and distance. Here's also a quote from Argosax's page:

EDIT: I forgot to ask about the criteria for surpassing the fourth dimension. What can be counted as such?
