Question about omniscient

I have been out of vs threada for some time and a friend told me omniscient no longer was considered to give you information on your opponent if there not from your verse. I remember that wasn't aways the case with a discussion about gwenpool aways sticking out in my memory and how I defined verse equalization in my head came from that. In it it was said her omniscient would work and give her information on other characters do to veres equalization working like they aways came from the same universe.


But the gwenpool page seems to no longer exist and so I can't find this Discussion to look back.


Did that really happen with omniscient if so why?
