Question about Non-Physical Interaction.

If everyone can interact with it there, that sounds like more of a feature of that plane (and the horse making itself tangible) than it does an ability of those characters in question. I doubt that every single human in TES can kill people's souls.

Looking back on it I think I worded this badly. It may not be those things, it may just be that those souls/ghosts don't actually have intangibility in the series or it simply being game mechanics. Particularly if absolutely everyone is interacting with them with no fanfare/implication that it's an ability.

Ghosts are Intangible since most of the times that they show up, it's by walking through the walls of their tombs. Also, in previous games you needed either Magic or Silver to even harm Ghosts, little lone kill them but in Skyrim everyone can just beat their ass.
