I've heard that a larger timeline with more than 1 timeline in it is doing low 1C. is this true?

Depend of how it works, it would be like 3 spatial dimensions + 2 temporal dimensions, which is Low 1-C, but its not always like that

What I mean is that a structure with 2 timelines and a timeline other than that 2 would be low 1C or would you need more proof?

From what I understand;

1. The individual lesser timelines must have an infinite temporal dimension.

2. You have to prove that the timeline is an object within this higher timeline in the same way a galaxy is an object in a regular timeline.

3. This timeline must have a past, present and future independent from that of these individual timeline.

If you can prove this then it is likely Low 1-C.
