Question about higher-dimensional existence

Is it possible for a character to encompass lower dimensions in works of fiction without needing something like large size type 8 or the likes of it? For example, let's suppose I don't have this size listed for, and I still encompass it, would that count for something? Or I don't have omnipresence listed for it.
