Question about Higher Dimensional Existence and Attack Potency

Hello, I'm wondering why characters from higher dimensions are considered "Unknow" when it's explicitly stated in the F.A.Q. that if a character transcends space-time (i.e. is from a higher dimension) then he'll be assigned the ap of that dimension (e.g. Low complex multiverse if he transcends a 4-dimensional space-time). Isn't this contradictory ?

not all higher dimensional beings transcend the same way as stated in FAQ.
Some fiction treats it as someone with just extra axis

as stated in the FAQ this doesn't somehow make them false Higher dimensional or fake higher dimensional. They are still higher dimensional but without the Transcendence or qualitative superiority over lower ones and grants only extra axis thus is listed unknown unless they have a physical feat that can be rated
