Question about Freezing AP

Whenever it's brought up in vs debates the answers people give are pretty contradictory. On one hand some say it's just like normal AP other say that isn't actually the AP but just the energy going into the attack.

Ice Calcs were in a revision some time ago, but now it seems to be accepted, as one of my ice calcs was accepted yesterday. And my behavior is because you keep insisting with wrong things in that CRT

I keep insisting with things that lack evidence

Kaigaku and Sekido lack sufficient evidence to be lighting speed, you made a calc assuming transonic reaction speed without sufficient evidence, Shadow made a calc in which he assumed 500-10000 slashes without proper proof it really isn't my fault that there was assumptions I'm just the one questioning them and you guys haven't been able to provide sufficient proof if you want let's debate about it.
