Question about AP and Durability

In the case of abilities such as magic, AP will not equal as Durability and is different from the case of physical destruction which will be the same as durability because of the 3 newton's law. But I want to know whether this case complies with Newton's 3rd law

There is a character who cannot use magic, he can only rely on punches and his own pure physicality. He is also shown 100% of all his strength comes from his strong physique.

if the character hits a mountain from quite a distance and it make an effect like "fire" even though it's not fire because it's the power that comes from the blow (he also can't use magic) and he makes a hole in the mountain. Can we say that AP is the same as Durability? because technically he uses pure physics and the fire effect there is just a visual effect for commercial needs

For some reason seeing as you gave such emphasis on "its not magic" makes me question what is going on.
But as long as a feat is made purely on physical strenght unless stated otherwise the 3 newton's law can apply.
Of course there are other steps because outliers or some in verse reasons why that cannot happen but judging only by what you said here sure.

Thank you for answering. nothing special, the character's body is strangely unable to use magic so all his power come from physical strength
