Question about Cosmic Awareness, Clairvoyance and Extrasensory Perception

If a character can perceive events from all over a planet with good detail it would simply be a mix of Clairvoyance and Extrasensory Perception? I mean, the main issue with Cosmic Awareness is precisely the scale of the ability, gven as the page describes, it means covering interestellar distances at the very least. Or it would be Cosmic Awareness but on a minor scale? (Something like "minor Cosmic Awareness"?)

Technically, Clairvoyance its a type of ESP, being the first one refering to obtaining visual information. Cosmic Awareness its essentially ESP in a universal scale.

Alright, so localized to a Planet and such it just is ESP, maybe clarifying it has the Clairvoyance subtype?

Clairvoyance its always ESP, if the obtained information its visual, then the ESP qualify as Clairvoyance.
