Is there a concept that doesn't fit exactly into any known type but is superior to and encompasses Concept (Type 1)? If so, can this concept be considered a Concept (Type 1) due to its superiority and encompassing nature over Concept (Type 1)?

Yeah, for example the different from Eternity to Multi-Eternity (Marvel comics), the concept of Multiverse is superior to the concept of Universe, is just depend if make sense and feats exist

Depends on context, but typically it can be any kind of metaphysical aspect in either a sort of upscaling manner (like what Sonic apparently has right now) or by tiering (aka, encompassing more size-wise).

It can exist for sure, we give type to concept by observe that concept's own nature when it compare to what it govern. Soo we doesnt observe from what it govern but from the concept it self

For example if there are concept of concepts, this concept govern all concepts (all of these concepts are type 1) but if all concepts getting erased this concept will get erased that mean by it nature it are concept type 2
