I'm gonna assume he starts out as Yoko, if so he's gonna go for the kill asap, so Kurama wins via using any of his cutting/stabbing techniques to plant either a sinning tree seed or a death plant seed in Natsu. I doubt Natsu's dumb IC mentality would let him try and handle things from a distance outright, he's gonna try and bumrush and punch it out, and once he does consider backing off, it's already over.

I can't confidantly say Kurama could just sit there and tank them, but he can endure long enough to knick Natsu and plant a seed, then stall till his plant spreads throughout the body.
