I've been wondering... do you guys think there is a Japanese equivalent of a vs debating site that happens to have Madoka Magica in it? If there is, we can theoretically look if what abilities / stats they put via the Production Notes to see what we are lacking in.
 
I mean, maybe. The internet is big enough

I definitely have no idea about how we could find it tho.
 
Welp Mami has now officially beat Homura's original record of 12-3-1. She now has a record of 13-1-2. Let's see how far her wins can go.
 
Tbf it's technically 12-1 because the match with Venus is outdated, i'm simply waiting until Mami wins the rematch to replace the links
 
Oh well nevermind they are currently tied in amount of wins than. Although Mami has less losses so technically she still has the better record.

So i think that Madoka getting their stuff is acceptable.

Now if i find more evidence of upscaling that would be neat because High 7-A power nulling ribbons are kinda bad against 2-As.

Plus she would get only the stuff of people that became witches i think.
 
Witch Lapin only has 7-B dura.

She isn't a physical fighter and she tanked Elisa's attacks only using her shields.

So she simply gets a durability that is >>>>>>>> her magical girl durability
 
Given that this was brought up, might as well discuss it.

If Madoka becomes the kinda sorta not really composite Puella Magi character, should UKG scale from that?

I'd say no, given that Madoka absorbs the magical girls in order to get their powers, while UKG should only scale from the stuff that Ult. Madoka can do herself.

Thoughts?

Did UKG come into existence before or after Ult. Madoka absorbed all powers of Magical Girls?
 
UKG came into existence while Madoka was retconning the multiverse.

So it's kinda uncertain.
 
If Madoka instantly absorbed all of the Magical Girls powers as soon as she became Godoka, then yes, I would say UKG scales.
 
That and Madoka doesn't follow linear time at all so it's extremely difficult to determine what is "before" and what is "after" in this case
 
Not sure about this. Witches are supposed to be the magical girls final form. Thus, they retained all their abilities as the MG with the addition of their witches ones.

I would say UKG scales to Ult. Madoka as she is the witch form of Ult. Madoka. But more inputs would be needed.

I'd say yes since UKG is a direct consequence of Madoka's wish and her ascension into Ult. Madoka.

Also, what does "The mouthpiece for all the unfulfilled hopes of all spent magical girls" from UKG's description mean? Does it mean UKG is a mashup of every single Witch?
 
If the "Unfulfilled hopes"=Despair, then it is possible for UKG to be the Composites PMMM witches. Don't think this includes Homulilly since Madoka has never absorb Homura Soul Gem.

Also, Ult. Madoka herself comes to be, and the multiverse is retconned afterwards.

If Madoka absorbing every Magical Girl and UKG being created happened "At the same time" (since Madoka doesn't follow linear time) then UKG would scale (most likely).
 
Given that there is no reasonable way to determine what is before and after in the case of UKG, we should probably just put "Possibly x abilities" (Given that UKG's acausality is at least on par with that of UM, which is the entire reason we're having these issues).

Though I would hold off that thread, I am looking if there is any info suggesting that the abilities get upscaled.
