How does he dodge something that is a direct mind attack. Psylocke has operated towards Emma, Rachel Grey, and Xavier level in tp. What has Shisui done again?

I mean unfortunately shisui had to kill himself when he was at the height of his power. Again the fact that she fought ppl in her verse means nothing. That is not how debating between verses work. But shisui does have is Kotomatsu a mind manipulation that allows him to control someone to the point where everything they think they are doing is actually his idea. Even if they know that they are under it's influence. Finally he has the usual clone creation and substituioon jutsu to force her to attack fakes. Actually one more he is called Shisui the teleporter because of his ridiculously good Body Flicker technique. Making him look like he teleports across short distances.

Psylocke is immune to any tp attacks especially on his level. Only people like Jean Grey, who tp bypasses tp protection can beat her. Her tp protection protected her from Scartlet Witch Chaos Wave, which rewrote the universe and was breaking interdimesion barriers.

If that is really the case then she would have universal durability which she does not. and what the hell is tp? Also his level of attacks if you mean his genjutsu is extremely high it can owrk against Edo tensei which completely no selled IT, a genjutsu that mind haxxed a whole planet of people.

I didn't not say durability. I said when the Chaos Wave rewrote the universe and furthered out into the multiverse her tp protected her. The chaos wave changed everyone life when it rewrote the universe. Psylocke can keep her thoughts completely and was not affected. Emma Frost was the first person caught up in the wave, if she had entered diamond form before. She could have kept her thoughts like Psylocke. Tp is short for telepathy.

He does not.... she's immune to telepathy on Xavier and Emma frost level.... he has not operated on that level. She stomps him with a psi bolt or simply crush his mind.

Does the planet population have resistance to his powers no? no... just because he affected the edo, who have no feats to be even close to Psylocke, does not mean he can affect her. This woman literally kept the Shadow king in her mind, who equals xavier and literally fought Cassandra, who gave xavier problems... That's not even all of it. Those feats alone trumps Naruto verse so called tp.

We discussed that before and made conclusion that mind manip power depends on quantity of people it can affect,regardless of their resistance.Also,IT could not affected Edo's and Kotoamatsukami could.Itachi also has rsistance to mind manip via sharingan.
