Proposed changes to Dr.Strange Key

Currently Strange has two keys. One for pre IW, and one during IW. First, I propose that a third key get added to take into account ragnorok. Second, I suggest his "powers and abilities" section get split into keys as well as it is just very messy right now. It would look nicer and be easier to read if it sectioned of his powers per key.

Ex: Peak human physical characteristics, Genius Intelligence, teleportation with Slingring . . . | Superhuman physical characteristics, all previous abilities, matter manipulation, teleportation without slingring . . . | All previous abilities, Precognition, etc

His powers aren't changed at all during Ragnarok. Ragnarok Strange and IW Strange are basically the same.
