Proposal for Movie/Non-canon Luffy to have his own page.

Anyone on here who is a DBZ fan knows that Toei/Movie Goku has his own page, so what I propose is for Monkey D. Luffy to also have his own non-canon page to display his non-canon feats and scaling.

Examples of non-canon scaling (which btw put him well above canon Luffy before ACoC):

1. Defeated Patrick Redfield in that video game I forget the name of. Redfield in his prime was a peer to Roger and Whitebeard, and during the game he regained his prime strength via his abilities, and IIRC Luffy beat him in a fair fight.

2. Luffy defeated an Old Zephyr, who even as an old man later matched Kizaru and is already a high 6-C via kinetic energy of his Smasher arm (why his writeup doesn't mention he fought Kizaru evenly is beyond me).

3. He defeated Isaac in that mech suit meant to fight the 3 admirals, although it's up to you guys to determine if Isaac's claims about it should be taken seriously.

4. Not a big one, but Gear 4 Luffy stomped Gild Tesoro's Golem which had previously stomped Gear 3 Luffy.

5. Gear 4 Luffy defeated a Douglas Bullet who'd enhanced himself via coating himself in Armament Haki, and keep in mind this Bullet > Young Bullet = Rayleigh.

Not to mention, it might be helpful in giving non-canon Luffy scaling to other filler and movie feats and calcs.

What do you guys think?

For a long period of time, I know that Liger686 has been working on non-canon One Piece calcs.

We kind of need discussion first; the reason why Dragon Ball versions were allowed was more so because the main story had different plots and eventually reached different directions. And a lot of characters have alternate personalities; such as Goku actually growing up into a wise grandfather and mentor by the end of GT and basically the closest thing in that continuity to a true god. Where as Dragon Ball Super is still going just being his typicaly classic self of being an honorary fighter who cares about fighting the strongest in a fair fight than he does anything else. And Vegeta also swallows his pride for good in the Toei continuity and accepts that Son Goku is the strongest where as he still has his pride in Dragon Ball Super. That, and GT clearly has different mythology and plot than Super by the end. But Naruto profiles were rejected for the sole reason that the only difference was just "It's the same Naruto characters just stronger due to the existence of better feats."

I mean, having a lot more chapters as part of the continuity is one thing, but are any of the main chapters like vastly different from the original manga?

On the verse page, it says this.
Examples of censorship-based contradictions: Luffy's skull was pierced through the back by one of Jango's attacks, but in the anime, he catches it with his mouth. Red-leg Zeff cuts off his leg to escape from wreckage in the anime, but in the manga, he cuts it off and eats it to survive. During his fight with Absalom, Sanji was pierced completely through the chest by a blade and dropped Nami in order to keep blood off of her dress, whereas the anime simply had him pummeled with punches, and thus couldn't hold onto Nami anymore. These are just to name a few. There are dozens to hundreds of these cases both pre time-skip and post time-skip.

Examples of contradictions in the anime for abilities and powerscaling: Fujitora vs Luffy has different statements and displays Ferocious Tiger as bending space in the anime, which differs greatly from the manga. Smoker was shown capable of holding his own against Doflamingo and only fell once he attempted to protect his comrades, but the manga displays Doflamingo one-shotting him without any fight occuring. Mont-D'or's power is displayed as putting Luffy within a book in the anime and being susceptible to outside assaults without realizing it, but the manga only displays this when Luffy is staring at the pages of the book and very quickly returns to his senses once Nami calls out to him.
And this page shows a lot of differences.

The fact that he's beaten multiple admiral-Yonko level people in films (and a game or 2) IMO is the biggest reason for a separate page.

I disagree with mixing different canons (game and movies) unless there's a shown connection between them.

Luffy's personality is also different in the movies, he straight up killed a guy whenever he never does in Canon.
Cap... Luffy never killed anyone.....

That guy was already dead

If you're talking about movie 6, then tbf Luffy honestly believed that the guy killed his entire crew so he was a bit feral to say the least lol.
