So Negan is faster, more skilled and probably has better stamina

The Player is almost twice as strong, slightly higher lifting strength and smarter.

The lifting strength advantage means its possible for Negan to be pushed down like what the player normally does but its not a crazy disadvantage. I'll probably wait for more input from other people but kinda leaning towards the player rn

The Player seems to having the scaling advantage and is likely more intelligent than Negan and has a slightly higher LS advantage, seeing how The Player is capable of stomping on skulls of zombies, they would most likely do the same to Negan.

They also have similar durability, but i can imagine that the player would try to push Negan on the ground before stomping his skull, which would most likely kill Negan.

Honestly i'm voting for the player, they have a bit higher LS and is a bit smarter than Negan, seeing how the player has killed countless zombies by stomping on their skulls, they would most likely push Negan on the ground before stomping Negan's skull, giving them the win.
