Vicky has Low-High Regenerationn(Possibly higher), Fire Manipulation, Weapon Mastery, Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Toon Force, possible Teleportation, madness manipulation possibly, etc.

Darkness should be High 4-C or 4-B.
