Problems with Star Wars scaling

So why is Darth Sion rated at Low 6-B when him and Nihilius managed to almost completely drain Darth Traya and has several accolades of being one the three most powerful Sith Lord along with Nihilius and Traya herself?

Also why is Malgus rated at "At least High 6-A" when one of the reasons of that scaling is Darth Thanaton who is Low 6-B?

Sion, Meetra and Bastila were supposed to be upgraded, but I never got around to it and won't do so until tomorrow.

Nihilus also needs to just become High 6-A all-around, same with Thanaton.
