Princess Luna Stars level ?

There seems to have been a bit of more recent clarification from comic staff. It states that while the comics try to not break the show's canon (for obvious reasons), the people who make the show don't seem to follow the comics, and they do not actually have any effect on the show.

Because of this, I do not believe we should use the comics for the show profiles when the show explicitly has no connection to them. This does not actually change any feats. Just minor scaling stuff.

@Azathoth Okay. I suppose that the comicbook moon-pulling feat has to be removed then.

Side note, but Nightmare Rarity should probably be her own page, as that is an event from the comics that has not been suggested to happen in the show. Also why the hell does Rarity's summary talk about her power level instead of her character?

So, is anybody willing to update the MLP pages accordingly? I would appreciate the help.

@Paulo

I seriously have no idea. I'd have to rewatch Power Ponies.

@Ant

Just to be clear, it's Relativistic for all top tiers, Tier 4-C for Alicorns and characters of similar power, and High 4-C for Discord and other characters superior to two or more Alicorns?

Yes, the tiers are accurate, but I do not know what the speed is scaled from.

It is not the same calculation, Darkanine Calc At what speed it moves the sun and I calculate how fast it has a hold on the sun

And Why did not you accept it?

IIRC, we never scale TK to reactions, as in every franchise I can think of, no one ever really dodges it, and it's treated as a more "automatic" power as opposed to one which must reach its target.

Was there ever an instance of a character using a magic attack on the sun or travelling to it, though? Because that could lead to significant buffs.

Hmm...I'd be more inclined to go with teleportation due to the fact Tia was a ball of light when she entered the room.

Also, it amuses me how the Mane 6 have gone from bowing to her like she's a literal Goddess to just kinda being like, "Oh hey dawg, what up?".

Meh, that statement kind of says that it is secondary canon, they try to follow the show as closely as possible, but if it clashes, then that issue would become non-canon. If the comic was in a totally different canon, I don't think they would need to follow the show that closely.

As for the "Tie in on Issue 53", some people think that he means this guy:
Big bad pony, AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH(couldn't think of a better title)HHHHHHHHHHHh
Maybe he'll appear in Season 7, maybe he'll be the villain in the Season Finale, who knows? We'll have to wait and see.

And there's also the fact that, in the comic, Twilight mentions that Starlight is on Canterlot.

I'm trying to say the comic is secondary canon, which is why we should be able to use feats from it. They are obviously not of main canon.

If the main show does not consider the comics as canon, I do not think that we can use them either.

Well, then Hasbro is just dumb, they could simply say that the comics are straight up non-canon and let IDW do whatever they wanted, the storylines could be more interesting, since the writters would have more freedom. But if you think about it, it's Hasbro, it doesn't need to be good, it just needs to make money.

But anyway, if you don't want them to be canon, then, ok, do whatever you want, it's your wiki.
